1. Separate Events for Boys and Girls: Events will be conducted separately for boys and girls, focusing on team participation.
2. Registration Deadline: Participants must register for events within the specified deadline set by the organizers.
3. No Alterations after Deadline: Once the registration deadline has passed, no changes or alterations to registrations will be accepted.
4. Lot System for Order: The order in which teams perform will be determined by a random lot system.
5. Team Captain’s Role: The team in-charges and team captains will draw lots and communicate the order of events to team members.
6. ID Card Submission: Participants must submit their ID cards before participating in the event and collect them after their performance.
7. Maintaining Discipline: Proper discipline must be maintained throughout the event.
8. Rules and Registration Deviation: Any deviation from the rules and regulations of the event, or changes in registered participants, will result in disqualification.
9. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for first and second place in each event, with points assigned as follows:
- 1st Place: 10 points
- 2nd Place: 5 points
- Participation Certificates: All participants will receive a participation certificate.
- Judge’s Decision: The decision of the judge(s) is final.
10. Rolling Shields: Overall winners and runners-up will receive rolling shields as awards.
11. Managing Time Clashes: Teams are responsible for managing any time clashes between events themselves.
12. Maximum Participation: Each student can participate in a maximum of three events, provided that the combination includes:
i) One dance event + two off-stage events
ii) Two dance events + one off-stage event
Note: Three off-stage events or three on-stage events are not permitted.
